Meadowbrook Estates Home Sales For 2007 In Big Bear

Below are the home sales statistics for 2007 in Meadowbrook Estates. The last sale was in August so things have definitely been quiet in the area since then. Currently, there are 13 homes for sale in the Meadowbrook Estates area, ranging in price from $750,000 to $1,695,000. The sizes range for about 2,000 sqft. to 4,500 sqft.

This is the perfect area for buyers looking for space and privacy with all the amenities. All of the properties in Meadowbrook Estates are a minimum of one acre of land, most of which are heavily treed, with underground utilities and protective CC&R’s.

If you are interested in the Meadowbrook Estates area, please feel free to search for the properties here. Otherwise, you can contact me and I would be happy to email you the properties in the area.

Like what you are doing with the blog Tyler, especially the Google spreadsheets! I have been producing graphs and charts out of Google, but I like what you are doing with the data on Big Bear, CA real estate.

Are you using just using the “Publish” feature of Google Docs, or a little something more indepth with Google Docs API?

  2. Tyler Wood

    Thanks for stopping by Charles.

Lori Turoff from http://www.HobokenRealEstateNews.com helped me with this last week.

After creating the document in Google Docs, I use the “Publish” tab. Then, at the bottom of the publish screen, there is a “more publishing option”, click that. From there, pull the drop down list and choose “HTML to embed in webpage.” Click the “generate URL” tab. Then, it is just a matter of copying that code and using the HTML or code option in your WP back end to input the code from Google Docs. Let me know if I can help.

I am sure that once you are able to do this, your blog site will be an even better resource for real estate clients in Dothan, AL.

Hey… I love your site! Tons of useful info! Very cool using Google Docs.. I haven’t thought of that.

We’re recent “tomato” graduates.. check out http://www.HoustonTexas-RealEstate.com. I can see I have a lot of work still to do!

We get a lot of clients from California… especially over the last 18 months or so. If you hear of anyone thinking of moving out this way, we’d love to help.

We’re recent Luxury Home Marketing Institute graduates too & we’ve upgraded our services to ensure we cater appropriately to the higher end of the market as well!
